Construction saw a huge pick-up after the seasonal rains abated, as we approached the last quarter of 2019. Progress in getting all the main buildings up and fully wired was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the PAC Group and its dedicated team. We must also acknowledge the generous contributions and hard work put in by so many – from the sponsors to the planners and architects, to the supervisory team that stayed on at the Site for months on end, the support we received from the Laos Front, and of course to the local community that provided the bulk of the labour force. We indeed give thanks to the One and many who made this all possible.
